Our hygiene requirements for production workshops

‌Personal hygiene‌: Workshop personnel should maintain good personal hygiene, take a bath, change clothes, and have their hair cut frequently. They should not have long nails or apply nail polish. Wash hands and disinfect before entering the workshop, wear clean work clothes and work hats, and disinfect the soles of shoes in the pre-entry foot bath before entering. All personnel entering the workshop must wear work clothes, work hats, and work shoes. Hair must not be exposed, and work clothes and work hats must be kept clean.

‌Environmental hygiene‌: It is strictly forbidden to store personal daily necessities and sundries not related to production in the workshop; smoking and spitting are strictly prohibited; non-processing personnel are not allowed to enter the processing workshop without permission. After each shift of production, production equipment, tools, floors, walls, drains, etc. must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that the items used are placed in order, there is no debris piled up in the workshop, and the overall environment is kept clean and tidy. The floor should be kept clean, free of dust, garbage, stains, stagnant water, and dead corners; walls, corners, and ceilings must be clean and pollution-free, without cobwebs and dead corners.

‌Waste disposal‌: Waste in the production workshop and other places must be placed in designated covered containers, and the on-duty personnel must clean it out of the factory in time before leaving work every day; the containers and sites for waste storage should be kept clean. Waste should not be piled up at will in the workshop, and the barrels used for solution must be sealed with covers. ‌Disinfection measures‌: The workshop should be air disinfected once a day, using alcohol spray to keep the air in the workshop fresh. Ultraviolet light sterilization and disinfection for more than 20 minutes should be carried out every Wednesday. The locker room and shoe changing room should turn on the ultraviolet lamp and workshop ozone generator for sterilization and disinfection after getting off work, and the time should not be less than 45 minutes.
